Who we are

Padel Vitals is a player development app used by padel clubs. It is run by A3D Printing, Curaçao. Contact: a3dprinting.cw@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your account: your name and email address, from the sign-in you use (Google or email and password).
• Your training: what your club and coaches record about you: attendance, skill ratings, coach notes, the drills you mark as done, your points and rewards.
• Your answers: whether you are coming to a session.

We do not collect your location, contacts, or anything from your phone beyond what you type or tap in the app. If you use the camera to scan a code at the bar, the image stays on your phone.

Who can see it

Your data belongs to your relationship with your club. Coaches and staff of your club can see the training data of their own players. Other players in your club see only your name, group, level and points in the standings. No other club can see anything about you.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, we do not show you ads, and we do not share your data with anyone except the services that run the app: Supabase (database and sign-in) and Google (if you sign in with Google).

Keeping it, and deleting it

We keep your data while you are a member of a club on Padel Vitals. Ask your club or email us and we will delete your account and your training data within 30 days.

Children

For players under 16, the club is responsible for having permission from a parent or guardian before adding them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
